In 2021, we updated our design to deepen the steak knife slots, making it much easier to retrieve the knives, and widen the larger knife slots to accommodate knives with thicker spines. Our knife organizer features an angled base that keeps the knife points from sticking up out of the block, and the knives are securely tucked in, preventing them from shooting out when you close the drawer. The carved slots on top make it easier to retrieve your steak knives, and the larger knives are well-spaced, allowing you to easily grab their handles.

We use MOSO Bamboo, the hardest bamboo wood available, to ensure the safe storage of your knives. Our products are FDA, SGS, and LFGB certified, meeting and exceeding the most stringent safety standards. The knife block is designed to fit standard-sized drawers, measuring 17" Long x 11.25" Wide x 2" High, with 8 upper slots for steak knives up to 9.25" long and 8 lower slots for larger knives up to 16" long.
